He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Ray McIntyre Sr.; his brother Dennis McIntyre Jr.; and his nephew Dillon St. He is survived by: his mother Angela Lynette Dunning (Pfeffer) of Advance; his daughter Lisa McIntyre; his grandson Tanner of Advance; and his siblings, David McIntyre of Advance, Sarah St. Clair of Gypsy and Maleasha "Missy" Burton of Dexter, MO..
