She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Jackson and Kathleen Stilts Jackson; her son Ferell Fields; and her grandsons, Jimmy Fields and Lucas Lemons.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Hughes of Parkland, Kathy Overby of Advance and Barbara Lemons (Harold) of Sturdivant; and her brother Charles Jackson of Advance. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
