He is survived by: his former wife Ann Zenz; his significant other Beverly Larrick; his children, Tyler Britt of Harrisonville, Missouri and Krista Ann Britt of Harrisonville, Missouri; and his siblings, Jeff Britt (Patti) of Riverside, Dan Britt (Jean) of Waverly, Iowa, Connie Meisgeier (Jerry) of Traer and Jill Hentges (Tom) of Palatine, Illinois. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
