He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Levi and Naomi M. Peek (Winchel); his wife Connie L. Parker; his son Stacy Peek; his grandson Joshua Peek; and his siblings, Otis, Bill, Lee, Everett Peek, Betty Hannah and Virginia Bailey.
He is survived by: his sons, Sammy Peek, Jr. (Rita) and Troy Peek (Kriss); his grandchildren, Cortnie Sanders (Cory), Jacob Peek (Jana), Kaycee Peek and Zackary Peek; his stepgrandchildren, Cassie Lillig, Chelsea Lillig and Shelby Lillig; his great grandchildren, Travis Sanders, Keaton Sanders, Jayden Peek, Jackson Peek and Teagan Peek; and his siblings, Dorothy Burch, Cathryn Saville and Richard Peek. He is also survived by 4 step-great-grandchildren.
