He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence James and Gladys Lorene Burhart (Nicholas). He is survived by: his wife Miriam; his children, Carol Goodrum (Jim), Karen Moore (Drew), Diana Adell (Mark) and Paul Burhart (Dawn); and his siblings-in-law, Coy Oakley and Ann Moore. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
