He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Allen and Lola Luella Hilbus (Castor); his siblings, Thurman Junior Hilbus, Robert Lee Hilbus, Ralph Owen Hilbus and Eula Dean; and his granddaughter Tammy.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Patricia Ann Brown of Butler, MO, Norman Dale Hilbus (Sandy), Allen Wayne Hilbus (Dana), Butler Hilbus and Gregory Deuaine Hilbus (Sis). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and extended family.
