She is survived by: her former husband David Shipley; her children, Heather Linn Cumpton (Shipley) of Dayton, MO and Shawn Lee Shipley (Amy) of Adrian, MO; her husband Howard Stephens; her granddaughters, Taylor (Taylor), Jordan, Lauren and Jenna; and her great grandchild Parker.
