He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marshall and Virginia "Fay" Bagby (Stanfill); his wife Cheryl Jean Petty; his brother-in-law Harold Cashier; and his father-in-law John Petty.
He is survived by: his sons, Jay Bagby (Lynn), Alan Bagby (Sarona) and Scott Bagby (Megan); his sister Freda Cashier; his mother-in-law Peggy Petty; his grandchildren, Lareesa Riley, Brantley Bagby, Whitney Colin, Lacee Hair, Bryce Bagby, Trenton Bagby and Olivia Bagby; and his great grandchildren, Blakely, Braden, Stetson and Peyson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Amsterdam Masonic Lodge #141.
