He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerold Burton Fowler (Buddy) and Erma "Darlene" Fowler (Crowder) of Clinton, MO.. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Thomas; his daughters, JaNell Ferguson (Brad), JaNetta Daniels (Jess) and Jeri Lynn Fowler (J. R.); his grandchildren, Clayton, Callie, Cale Ferguson and Ty Carroll; and his siblings, Janet Gaylord and Kevin Fowler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
