She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Mae VanSlyke (Daniels) and Roy VanSlyke; her husband Willis M. Clark; her daughter Debra G. Nickles; her grandsons, Mitchell Lee Gallup and John H. Gallup, III (Jay); and her brother Jack VanSlyke (Doris).

She is survived by: her former husband Paul Baumann; her son Floyd D. Clark; her siblings, Vesta Burbank (Leonard), Connie Gibson (Jimmy) and Dale VanSlyke (Linda); her uncle Jim VanSlyke (Pauline); her brother-in-law Maurice Clark (Kay); and also, Rhonda and Harold Rhodes. She is also survived by one grandchild; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church, Amsterdam, or to Scott Cemetery.
