She is survived by: her husband Steve Lewis of Adrian, MO; her children, Ashley Turner (Aaron) of Creighton, MO and David Patterson (Andrea) of Adrian, MO; her father Bill Weeks of Adrian, MO; her brother Bo Weeks (Tracy) of Adrian, MO; and her grandchildren, Aiden Turner, Alex Turner, Makinley Turner, Rylie Patterson, Landon Patterson and Morgan Patterson.
