She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Edward and Gladys Irene Hicks Schmidt; her husband Charles McCammon; her son Larry McCammon; her brother Henry "Sonny" Schmidt; her great grandchild Cassidy Grimsley; and her son-in-law Anthony "Doc" Forbes.
She is survived by: her children, Robert McCammon (Helen) of Big Sandy, Richard McCammon (Melanie) of Blackshear, Georgia, Martha Grimsley (Alan) of Adrian, Linda McCammon (George) of Amoret and Evelyn Long of Olathe, Kansas. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
