Tracy Higley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tracy Higley of Zumbrota, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Tracy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Tracy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Wylie Norton, Sr. and Gertrude Viloa Norton (Perrigo); and her brother Richard Norton (Leesa). She is survived by: her son Derrick Christopher (Victoria Bratka) of Campbells Creek, WV; her husband Troy Higley, DC of Zumbrota, MN; her children, Dana George of Zumbrota, MN, Sydney Higley of Zumbrota, MN and William Higley of Zumbrota, MN; her granddaughter Nadia George; and her siblings, Jerry Norton, Jr., James Norton (Sherry) of Lakeville, MN and Debbie Mullis (Judson) of Waynesboro, Georgia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
