He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mann and Adeline Mann; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Susan Mann of Zumbrota; his children, Kelley Mann of Zumbrota, Kory Ruka (Andrew) of Hager City, Wisconsin and Kyle Mann (Jamie) of Pine Island; his grandchildren, Lucas Mann, Mya Ruka, Lainey Mann, Jace Ruka and Emmett Mann; and his siblings, Charlotte Neff (Doug) of Red Wing, Mary Lee Olson of Kasson, Donna Mann (Dallas Backhaus) of Rochester and John Mann (Diane) of Zumbrota.
