He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Falk and Mable Falk (Johnson); his wife Joan Tilly; his brother Marvin; and his sister-in-law Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Allan and Shari Kothenbeutel (Tom); his close friend Darlene Koob; and his grandchildren, Krystal Lennie (Dustin), Adam Falk (Jessica), Apryl Falk (Jon Tighe), Joey Kothenbeutel, Kelly Mehrkens (Dan) and Ryan Kothenbeutel. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
