He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Udenberg and Dorothy Udenberg; his siblings, Marvin Udenberg, Duane Udenberg, Mavis Cooke (Udenberg), Carol Peterson (Udenberg) and Bonnie Gibson (Udenberg); his brother-in-law John Hinrichs; his niece Lori Udenberg; and his cousin Dusty Marx-Udenberg.

He is survived by: his wife Jan Udenberg (Hinrichs); his daughter Ashlan; his son-in-law Toby; his grandchildren, Lincoln and Sophia Lynn; his sister Maxine Ruberg (Udenberg); and his siblings-in-law, Don Peterson, Johnny Gibson, Joleen Fogelson-Hunder (Grant), Jackie Uzoh, Janelle Bolstad (Michael), Joyce Bellows (Steve) and Pam Hinrichs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
