He is survived by: his sons, Steven Rostad (Miranda), Joel Rostad (Bridget) and David Rostad (Jackie); his grandchildren, Casey Rostad (Paulette), Melissa Dykes (Virgil), Rachael Peterson (John), Brad Rostad (Ellen), Jeff Meyer (Amberly) and Alyssa Meyer; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Hoffman, Wyatt, Levi Rostad, Allison, Sadie, Carmyn Dykes, Wren, Sloane Peterson, Owen, Nolan, Emmalyn Meyer and Baby Rostad.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Larson Chapel - Mahn Family Funeral Home (1475 Jefferson Dr, Zumbrota, MN 55992). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Aspelund Emmanuel Lutheran Church (42957 County 1 Blvd, Kenyon, MN 55946). A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 3:15 PM to 3:45 PM at the Minneola Lutheran Church Cemetery (13628 County 50 Blvd, Goodhue, MN 55027, USA).
