She was predeceased by: her husband John Olney Ylvisaker; her sons, Jon, Kent and Eric; and her siblings, Hildegard, Borgny, Burton and Irving.
She is survived by: her sister Verna; her children, Jean Louise Ohman (John) and Rolf Erstad Ylvisaker; her daughter-in-law Sharie Ylvisaker; her grandchildren, Andrew Ylvisaker, Anya Smith (Nick Benham), Brent Ylvisaker (Whitney), Ian Smith (Amber), Amy McMahan (Shane), Ona Ylvisaker, Alexander Ohman (Alyssa) and Sam Ohman (Tori); and her great grandchildren, Rachel, Kayden, Carly, Alexander, Theron, Laszlo, Alrik and Aren.
In lieu of flowers, Dolly requested that donations be made to the Humane Society.
