He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Violet (Banitt); and his brothers-in-law, John Mitchel and Ken Goodman. He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Kottom); his children, Daniel (Brenda), Kelly, Patrick (Melissa), Brian (Heather) and Christine (J. R.); his grandchildren, Krystle (Ben), Cassandra (Chris), Thom, Charles, Abigail (Timothée), Bethany, Cortney, Hailey, Braiden, Jaiden, Domonic and Izabella; his great grandchildren, Andru, Oliver, Ansley, Daisy and Amaryllis; and his siblings, Gary Stiller (Alice), Judy Torgerson (Glen), Mary Goodman and Joan Wood (James).
