He is survived by: his wives, Ruth Herdt and Ruth Waters of Zumbro Falls, MN; his children, Nathan Waters of Zumbro Falls, MN, Charles Waters of Minneapolis, MN and Evelyn Strasbaugh of Crumpler, NC; and his sister Esther Reasoner (Rollie) of Cambridge, MN.. He is also survived by six Grandchildren; five Great Grandchildren.
