He is survived by: his mother Gretchen Mackowick; his siblings, Megean Johnson (Michael) and Iziah Bakken; his grandparents, Larry and Bonnie Mackowick; his godfather Timothy Mackowick; his aunt Monica Mackowick; and his uncles, Charles and Justin Mackowick (Amie). He is also survived by six cousins.
