Terry was predeceased by: parents, Harold and Gladys; brother Dallas; and nephew John. Terry is survived by: siblings, Bonnie Kueng (Dennis), John Carlile, Mary Katherine Enlow (Norman) and Peter Carlile (Pam); and close friends, Kimberly Good (David) and Zachary Good. Terry is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
