She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Latshaw and Ramona Latshaw (Oothoudt); and her brother Robert Latshaw, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Joe of Zimmerman; her children, Shane Burgardt of Zimmerman, Jayson Burgardt (Emily Schultz) of Upsala, Brent Burgardt (Nicole) of Sartell, Adam Burgardt (Jaime Holland) of Princeton and Kala Stich of Coon Rapids; and her sister Judy Latshaw of Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
