She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Kriesel; her parents, Hank Howe and Nettie Howe; and her brothers, Wes and Bert Howe.

She is survived by: her children, Peggy Moon (Carl), Dan Kriesel (Monica) and Darla Heinert (John); and her siblings, Millie Evans and Jim Howe. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
