She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hazuka and Blanche Hazuka (Perry); and her granddaughter Clementine. She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her sons, Michael and Jeffrey (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Penelope and Gabriel; and her brothers, John, Robert (Lois), James (Jeanette) and Richard (Janelle). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
