He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stella (Lenz) and Robert; his wife Rita McCann; his children, Chuck (Kathy), Greg (Sabine), Mark (Jan), Nancy Fordahl (Dan) and Dan (Karen); his daughter-in-law Becky; and his grandson Matthew. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Christ Our Light Building Fund.
