He is survived by: his wife Michelle Kampa (Daufelt); his children, Mallory Koosmann (Lucas), Joshua Payne, Jacob Koosmann (Charlotte) and James Koosmann; his grandchildren, Alex Lutz, Makayla Langstaff, Natalee Daleiden, Teegan Daleiden and Dellaray Ward; his godchildren, Michael Kampa and Anna Gerszewski; his mother Caroline Kampa; his siblings, Mary Wright (Bud), Steve Kampa (Diana), Gregory Kampa (Paula), Debbie Olson (Art), Sharon Kampa and Kathleen Frost (Scott); and his friend Wayne Milinkovich. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
