He is survived by: his mother Terry Lally (Donnie Harder); his partner's children, Morgan, Lucas and Maddie; his fiancé Jaime Pipkin; his daughters, Kurstyn and Kaylyn; his stepchildren, Kim, Eric, Brandon (Sarah), Alex, Morgan (Nick), Lucas and Maddie; his father Randy (Julie Patnode); his grandmother Angeline; and his siblings, Angie, Will, Kristine (Shane), Elizabeth (Bill) and John (Anna).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
