He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his children, Amelia and Hendrik; his parents, Merrie Thorsen (Tom) and John Ford (Sandy); his stepmother Denise Chatterton; his parent-in-law Danvy; his grandmother Myra Morello; his siblings, Shannon Demars (Jon), Tom Ford (Nicole) and Riley Jones; his siblings-in-law, Seth (Sarah) and Ariel; his aunts and uncles, Michel (Leo), Michael, Colleen (Tom), Rick, Amy and Connie; his cousins, Shawn, Cory (Missy), Travis, Tess, Leah (Rey), Jessalyn (Jon), Bradley (MaKayla), Daniel (Katelyn), Aaron and Alicia; his godparents, Mary and Ray; and his nieces and nephews, Dominick, Logan, Addison, Abbigail, Jaxson and Wade. He is also survived by other family members and close friends.
