We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2023, at the age of 93, Sophie S. Peitz of Wyoming, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Peitz; her parents, Frank Banyai and Sophie Banyai; and her brothers, Tony, Les and Eugene.

She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Dickson (Jerry), Denise Engdahl (David), Nadine Doucette (Jack), Renee Proulx (Bob) and Irene Kozlowski (David); and her siblings, Ray, Frank, Nick, Luella, Sue, Claude, Myron and Imogene. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to a charitable organization.
