He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lind; his children, Thomas Lind and Catherine Gonzalez (Rick); his sister Janet Zimmerman; his grandchildren, Mark Ostlund, Miranda Olson (Paul) and Lisa Douglass (Robert); and his great grandchildren, Hans, Natalie and Samantha. He is also survived by cousins; nieces; nephews; and friends.
