He was predeceased by: his spouse Donna; his parents, Robert "Jean" and Virginia "Jean"; and his sister Judy Johnson. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Hogendorf (Rick), Carol Schwinghammer (Dave) and Kathy Royce (Tim); his siblings, Tim, Dennis (Val), Terry (Karen) and Mary Blom (Jim); his daughter Florence Knaak; and his friend Brian Olson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
