He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Pickard and Ruth Pickard; his wife Alice Ingwerson; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Pickard and Paul Ingwerson.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Pickard (Connie), Michele Bates (David), Susan Pickard (Matt Doran) and Jeanette French; his brother Herbert Pickard; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Ingwerson and Tim Ingwerson (Cynthia). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.
