He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Gervais; and his siblings, Michele and Doug. He is survived by: his sons, Justin, Sean and Chad; his granddaughter Arie; and his brother Jeff (Nicole). He is also survived by nephew, nieces, and many extended family and friends.
