He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Nourse (Adam Brandt); his grandchildren, Alexis Brandt and Mason Brandt; and his siblings, Greg Johnson (Holly), Patty Holzschuh (Bruce), Pam Bradshaw (David), Bill Johnson and Ted Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
