He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Markham and Adeline Markham (Affeldt). He is survived by: his spouse Arlys Lane; his sons, Chris (Angie), Shawn (Becky) and Ryan (Sydney); and his sister Shiela (Fran). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
