He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Schultz and Delia Schultz (Hall); his wife Elizabeth; his stepmother Irma Schultz; and his stepsiblings, Carol Schwier and Ron Murray.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve, Steven Schultz (Mary Ann) of Spring Valley and Craig Schultz (Cynthia) of Wykoff; his grandchildren, Christopher Schultz, Jennifer Stevens (Jeremy), Lisa Vehrenkamp, Jeff Vehrenkamp, Angela McKay (Matt), Amy Post (Andy) and Andrew Schultz (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Elliot Stevens, Johnny Schultz, Parker, Hannah, Owen McKay, Miles, Penelope, Oscar Post, Caleb and Casey Schultz; and his sister Elaine Peterson (Richard) of Edina, MN..
