She is survived by: her husband William Sparks; her children, Christal Stowell (Matt), Jason Sparks (Cora), Jennifer Goodwin (Jason) and Jeremy Sparks (Leah); her grandchildren, Raven, Jason (JT), Samuel, Jillian, Sebastian, Madison, Kaitlynn, Alec, Othin, Andrew, Quinton and Autumn; her great grandchild Brynlee; and her siblings, Stephanie Cook, Scott Cook, Harvey "Butch" Cook (Kay), Tom Cook (Mary) and Pat Cook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
