He is survived by: his wife Brenda Johnson of Worthington, MN; his children, Kris Fuerstenberg (Ron) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jason Ostrem of Worthington, MN; his grandchildren, Josh Fuerstenberg of Harrisburg, SD, Jordan Baumgartner (Howard) of Sabetha, KS, Justis Ostrem of Worthington, MN, Tyrrhien "TJ" Ostrem of Worthington, MN and Avery Ostrem of Worthington, MN; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Addison and Jameson Baumgartner; and his siblings, Sandy Dixon of Worthington, MN and Doug Ostrem of Las Vegas, NV..

Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Lutheran Church (1505 Dover St, Worthington, MN 56187). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
