She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilda Koeneke (Irmshire) and Elmer Koeneke; her husband Jerry Janssen; her son Gerald; her sisters-in-law, Lois, Gloria and Marian; and her siblings, Corinne Koeneke and Richard Koeneke.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Connie) of Volga, SD, Edward (Lisa) of Havensville, KS and Russell (Evonne) of Heron Lake, MN; and her sisters, Leola Weets of Worthington and Ruth Heidebrink of Worthington. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
