He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis William and Frances Lorraine McGowan (Lass). He is survived by: his wife Myrna McGowan; his daughters, Patricia Bernat of Acworth, GA and Tari Keene (Patrick); and his brother Gene McGowan (Susan) of Sioux Falls, SD..
