He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Jr. Uithoven and Viola Uithoven (VanRoekel); his sister-in-law Marcia Uithoven; his niece Amanda Uithoven; and his nephew Shawn Uithoven.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Uithoven of Las Cruces, Greg Uithoven (Marilyn) of Magnolia, Leanne Zarling (Jim) of Fairmont and Lisa Uithoven of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
