With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Junker of Worthington, Minnesota, who passed away on April 7, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Junker and Frederick Junker; his parents-in-law, Edward and Clara Immens; and his nieces, Rebecca Junker and Kelli Hurley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Junker; his pet Mia; his son Scott Junker; his daughter-in-law Lori Junker of Worthington, MN; his daughter Wendy Remus; his son-in-law Dave Remus of Sleepy Eye, MN; his grandchildren, Nicole Burrell (Tron) of Little Elm, Angela Thiner (Travis) of Worthington, MN, Justin Remus (Ashley) of New Ulm, MN and Kyle Remus (Alyssa) of Sleepy Eye, MN; his great grandchildren, Kenadie, Tayton Thiner of Worthington, MN, Jaslyn Robinson, Keyondre Burrell of Little Elm, Gavin and Breck Remus of New Ulm, MN; and his siblings, Don Junker (Lula) of Worthington, MN and Marge Hurley of Salem, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
