He is survived by: his son Jerrit Prins (Kerry) of Worthington, MN; his wife Linda Leas; his grandchildren, Whitney Gronseth (Collin) and Tracy Anderson (Taylor); his son Ronald Prins (Alyssa) of Sibley, IA; his grandchildren, Ricky Prins, Alayna Wingate and Cayden Wingate; his daughter Sherrie Porth (John) of Bigfork, MN; his grandchildren, Eric Porth, Devon Porth and Jordan Porth; his brother Rodney Prins of Lake Butler; his parents-in-law, Wayne Leas and Doris Leas (Hawkins); and his brother-in-law David Leas.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Sunset Hospice Cottage in Worthington.
