He was predeceased by: his father James Kramer; and his sister Patricia Tausinga. He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Kramer (Faragher); his daughter Kimberly Kay Fox of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandsons, Gregory Lupkes (Khrystyna) and Joseph Fox of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings, Diane Bartlett (Joe), Jim Kramer and Rich Kramer (Leslie) of Bartlesville, OK. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
