She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hulstein and Alice Hulstein (Juffer); her husband Kenneth Raak; and her brothers, Gerrit R. Hulstein (Louise) and Arthur Hulstein.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Raak of Spirit Lake, IA and Tami Wesselink (Michael) of Worthington, MN; her grandchildren, Alyson Bents (Timothy) of Sioux Center, IA, Matthew Wesselink of Sioux Falls, SD, Sarah Raak of Spirit Lake, IA, David Raak of Spirit Lake, IA and Andrew Raak of Bismarck, ND; her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Lauren, Johanna Bents and Safira Allen; her brother Rodney Hulstein (Sylvia) of Sioux Center, IA; and her sister-in-law Harriet Kroese of Orange City, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
