She was predeceased by: her husband John Patrick Sullivan; and her parents, Donald Young and Joan Magulski Young. She is survived by: her children, Mary P Lamwers (David), Timothy P Sullivan (Tammy), Kelly A (WIlliam) and Lamwers (William); her grandchildren, Melissa, Timothy, David, Thomas, Meghan, Eric and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Michelle, Madeline, Chandler, Julia, Dylan, Olivia, Jayna, Andrew, Wesley, Gavin and Thomas; and her siblings, Mavis Erickson and Donald Young.
As per her request there is no service just a family celebration (hopefully everyone has a favorite mom/ Pat story to tell) with all her favorite foods, BUT if you would like to donate to her favorite charities please do.
