He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen "Miki"; his children, Reggie Bonenfant (Tami), Shelley Lawrence (Keith), Brad, Catherine (Peter Hafiz), John (Kim) and Stacey Rustad (Tom); and his siblings, Faylene, Roger, Dexter (Toni) and Karen (John).
