He was predeceased by: his parents, George Grady and Marcella Grady; his brother Michael Grady; and his granddaughter Eloise Hammerquist. He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Commisso (Anthony), Kaitlin Grady (Alex Weisbrod) and Kelly Hammerquist (Ryan); his grandchildren, Emma, Kaeleigh, Tony, Grace Commisso, Matilda and Maxwell Hammerquist; his sister Mary Pat Grady; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Grady. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tom's memory to Como Park Zoo and Conservatory.
