He is survived by: his wife Penny (Price); his daughters, Trisha Zwick (Mike) and Katie Thomas; his stepson Matthew Miller; his grandchildren, Jackson, Madeleine and Colton Zwick; and his sister Carol Lund. He is also survived by his family and especially time with his children and grandchildren.
